Young Persons Mentoring Project: The Design Process
The Young Persons Mentoring Project matches volunteer mentors with young people aged 16 - 19 who are having housing problems or feel they might be getting into housing difficulties. The aim of the project is to support these mentees (the young people being supported by mentors) to achieve their goals and aims. This support will last for up to a year, and is in addition to the support provided by the young persons other professional workers. The set of 4 leaflets and accompanying A3 posters designed by Lunatrix follows on from design work we have helped out on in the past including brochure design and annual report design. They were clearly laid out and designed to catch the eyes of young people looking to help other less advantaged youngsters. The leaflets were produced on recycled unpressed papers in 2 colour to save on production costs. The posters naturally needed to stand out over some space and were full colour.
